There are many benefits to being in employed work. For most, job security, a regular income, and holiday and sick pay are almost always guaranteed.
The downsides, of course, is that you are generally capped on what you can earn. Most professions have been set a salary by the economy and by supply and demand.
The only way to earn more money is to do more hours.
When you work more hours you consequence time.
It feels like a double-edged sword, time and money are sacred commodities. Time much more so, because we all have the same 24 hours in a day and being able to earn more time is impossible, unlike money.
You can be in control of both your money and time and it is easier than you think.
It takes clear thinking and the right process.
