The Performance Management Masterclass focuses on training directors and senior managers to successful apply performance management strategies to create significant and sustained behavioural change. The Masterclass also gives guidance on how to do this in relationship to required HR policies and procedures.

 

It can be a time and energy consuming task to pick up the pieces and transform poorly performing individuals or teams but it is much more cost effective and efficient than undertaking disciplinary and dismissal procedures. It also negates the need to go through a lengthy and expensive recruitment process to replace the exiting colleague.

 

The Masterclass is conducted in small groups over two days to give plenty of time to discuss and create a strategy for your company’s circumstances and includes follow up support to help you implement your plan when you are back in the office.
