Why would I want to do an ?
People do for so many different reasons, everything from to boost their confidence and self esteem to specific work related reasons such as improving management skills, team motivation and communication, from enhancing relationships to understanding health issues.
The beauty of an is that it provides you with a range of tools to help you in any area of life you choose and will be with you forever! No short term fixes, just powerful, long lasting, effective tools and techniques that can be applied in business, health, relationships, personal development or any other way you decide. Think of it as the 'manual for life' you were never given when you were born.

What will doing an do for me?
This is the big question and the answer is that the results are different for everyone who participates in the training. Everyone who attends our brings a different personal history and different ideas of what they want out of life. It's not for us, or NLP, to tell you who to be, how to behave or what to think. That's entirely your choice. What NLP does is give you some tools to make those things easier and more fun. NLP simply gives you options about how you respond to things, how you behave, how to communicate with yourself and others and how to achieve what you want to achieve in life.
The more open and honest you are with yourself the more you will discover and learn about yourself and the numerous ways in which nlp can help you.
"I wanted to write a testimony to reflect the ongoing support that Stephen Bates and certain change has provided since I completed my NLP Practitioner in July 2007. I regularly speak with Stephen on the monthly teleclass, but it was over the past 2 weeks that confirmed to me how exceptional the support they offer truly is. How does the work?
The is 8 days in total with a maximum of just 9 people, but that's not the whole thing. Before you come to the training room there is some pre-study material for you to work through. It's 15 hours of audio material provided on mp3 player so you can listen in the comfort of your own home, whilst doing the ironing, travelling to work, walking the dog ... wherever you choose. There is a manual that goes with it so you can check the wording of techniques and for reference when completing the pre-study test. The test is open book and all the answers are in the audio or manual. We use it to help you consolidate what you've been listening to and reading so we know where you're up to by the time you come to the training room. We're always on hand to guide you if you have any questions.
Once you've done all the pre-study you are ready to hit the ground running so to speak when you come to the training for the first 4 day module. That is when you get to put what you've been learning into practise with explanations, demonstrations and group exercises where you take on the role of nlp practitioner, client and observer so you get to experience and learn from all three positions.
At the end of that module you go away for a month to have a play and to put what you've learned into practise in the real world, then come back with more questions in the second 4 day module. And that's it ... at least in terms of the training. Each day of the runs from 9.30am to 7pm in our dedicated training room in Chesham, Bucks HP5.
Who is the trainer on the Certain Change ?
Stephen Bates. You can find more information about him on this website, or just give him a call in the office. He'd be more than happy to answer any questions you have about the training. If he's not available just speak to Melissa and she can arrange a convenient time for Stephen to call you back.

Terms & Conditions of booking on the course
1) Payment must be received in full before the start of the course.
2) If, for any reason, cancellation of a booking is necessary we must receive written notification one month before the start of the course. Transfer to an alternative course date will be accepted at no charge up to 1 month prior to the start of the original course. After that time a £100 admin charge will be payable.
3) If total cancellation of a booking is necessary all money paid will be refunded with the exception of the non-refundable £350 deposit providing cancellation is in accordance with 2) above. Cancellation after that time and once the course has begun will result in no refund.
4) Attendance of all modules of the course (9.30am - 7pm daily) plus full completion of all pre-study material and exercises to the satisfaction of the trainer, within the timescales set by Certain Change, are pre-requisites of certification.

All you need to do to secure your place is pay a deposit of £350. The balance can be paid in monthly instalments by standing order up to the start date of the course. As soon as your deposit is paid Melissa will send out your pre-study pack so you can start learning and benefiting from this fabulous stuff straight away.
