//NLP - Time Line Therapy®
What is Time Line Therapy®?
In traditional NLP there is a technique called ‘walking the time line’ which involves imagining a line on the floor with your past at one end and your future at the other. You can walk up and down that line and achieve amazing results including anything from getting resources from the past to help you in the present or future, to looking into the future to help you set clear goals, to looking back from an imagined future to help plan the steps you need to take to achieve what you want. It’s very flexible.
This technique is not to be confused with Time Line Therapy® however as that is a trademarked technique devised by Tad James as a fast, powerful and highly effective tool specifically to remove negative emotions and limiting decisions. It uses a very definite script and the individual remains seated but imagines floating above the time line.
On the Certain Change NLP Practitioner course you will learn both techniques and how to use them in conjunction with other NLP tools for incredible results.
The Time Line Therapy® training element of the NLP Practitioner course is a fully certificated and comprehensive programme that matches and adheres to international standards set and recognised by the Time Line Therapy® Association. Stephen Bates is a Certified Trainer of Time Line Therapy® and Master Time Line Therapy® training and Certain Change is an Approved Institute for the training of Time Line Therapy®.
By the time you reach NLP Master Practitioner level you will review the Practitioner level material then add regression techniques, the incredibly powerful drop down through technique and receive guidance about how to conduct a breakthrough process.
