Neuro linguistic programming techniques to help you gain an understanding of what NLP is all about

NLP could be described as a thinking and methodology that leaves behind a trail of techniques.  NLP techniques are useful but it is the way in which they are applied that is important.

Here is a brief overview of a few of the nlp techniques you will come across during your nlp training to get you started. Please bear in mind this is not a comprehensive explanation of the techniques as they will be covered in far more depth in your pre-study material and in the training room during your nlp course.
