//NLP Reframing

What is nlp reframing?

Reframing is used to get someone to see a situation from another point of view so they can change their understanding to make a new meaning.

When do we use reframing in NLP?

We use reframing constantly in NLP to help move a client from their present state to their desired state.  Reframing is used to help them loosen up their model of the world and, on occasion, can solve a problem totally.

At Practitioner level of nlp there are two main types of reframe used:

          Context Reframe

          Meaning Reframe

Context Reframe

Think of a different context in which the person will respond differently to the same behaviour.

Meaning Reframe

Think what else this behaviour could mean.
