At some point we are all scared of something. Whether it is fear or a phobia Certain Change provides a fear therapy course specifically for you. Fear therapy is the ideal solution for people who’s life is impeded and affected through fear of any description. This can include a wide sweeping fear of failure or success down to fear of a very specific thing or object.
Our fear therapy course can be done in one of two ways and is built around you. The first is face to face one and one therapy which we call Breakthrough and the second is a DIY version using the same tools but contained in a workbook and audio programme to be completed in your own time. We call this the Personal Breakthrough Programme.
Fear therapy is all about realising exactly what your fear is and where it has come from so you can overcome it to such a degree that you can get on with your life happy in the knowledge you no longer have it.
One the most common reasons people contact us is for anxiety therapy. The majority of people have small problems but these can accumulate resulting in a drop in confidence and self esteem. This is where the anxiety therapy we offer is so valuable. We provide therapy devoted to you on a face to face one to one basis or via the DIY version available to download.
