Quickclass
The QUICKCLASS System is an innovative style of training designed to deliver flexible and highly effective training whilst reducing costs, administration and out of office time. It uses four main modes of delivery:
Workbook - comprehensive and tailored written material including exercises as well as space for the delegates’ own notes.
Face to Face - classroom sessions for practise and feedback which, when combined with the other elements, become faster, more focused and fun.
Teleclass - interactive telephone based tutorials allowing time efficient access to training as well as Q&A sessions for personal development.
Audio - MP3 files of bespoke tutorial content, as well as recordings of Teleclasses for further use, providing convenient reference material.
Individual Coaching
It has been shown that well tailored individual coaching can vastly improve the results of individuals by helping them overcome their own difficulties and by helping them apply what they have been taught in the training arena.
Often only small amounts of individual coaching may be required and usually these are most useful done on an ad hoc basis.
Certain Change provides a service called the Coaching Hotline which allows authorised people from your company to call in for advice and coaching when they need it as the situation arises. Often a short call is all that is required to help them work out a solution. This system is normally conducted on a draw down basis.
