Management Workshops

These Management Workshops are focused training in key management skills

Leading The Team

This is a vital course for anyone whose role it is to use their personality and influence to create success in their business by leading people.

What is leadership?  Why do some people want to lead when others are happy to follow?  And, what is needed to become a leader and stay a leader?

This workshop is designed to teach the core thinking and behavioural skills.

Positive Feedback

There is a simple and effective way to give feedback which is easy to learn and use.  This workshop teaches what to do, how to do it and why it works.

Badly delivered, or indeed lack of, feedback in an organisation can severely inhibit potential.

Learn a simple system that really works and positively motivates while never avoiding the issues.

Productive Stress

Under the right level of stress most people come alive, whereas others do not, instead becoming unproductive or even destructive.  There is also your duty of care.

This workshop gives your delegates a clear understanding of what stress is, what causes it and the tools to reduce its negative impact in the workplace.

This management workshop works in conjunction with the Stress Busting workshop which is aimed at employees.

Leading Change

Most change falters, not because of poor planning, but because of the attitudinal and emotional states of the people having to change.

All businesses need to change.  This workshop is designed to impart the knowledge and skills to enable managers to help their staff embrace and engage with the changes their business needs to make.

This management workshop works in conjunction with the Enjoying Change workshop which is aimed at employees.

Setting & Achieving Goals

Goal and objective driven performance is now universally accepted, yet not universally successful.  Whilst it is easier to focus on the 'What' and 'How', it is embedding the 'Why' in the organisation that is the critical success factor.

There is, however, another vital question that you need to address to ensure the goal setting process does not collapse.  Using this your delegates will learn how to engage the individual, ensuring 'buy in' and proactivity.
