A while ago the Certain Change team did some research on what companies really wanted from training.  We then did further research into what training companies thought businesses wanted.  Unfortunately the two opinions did not match.

Successful businesses know that good training is worth doing but unfortunately the opportunity to provide real value for the organisation is far too frequently lost.  There are many reasons for this but they can be easily resolved if the training company does its job properly and the commissioning client fully understands what they need to do to make the training successful.

Read This Statement Carefully:

Certain Change will only deliver training that will benefit Certain Change 

This may seem like an odd thing to say because it appears we are focussing on us rather than you, but let me explain.  The growth of Certain Change has come from the satisfaction of our clients.  Our business vision is to build long term relationships with satisfied and happy clients who then say, "We also need some help with ..."

The simple truths of training and development are these:

*  High quality training that is appropriately conceived, delivered and backed up will
   always be worth it.

*  Poorly conceived and delivered training is expensive.

We Do Well When You Are Happy

As I said, we won't deliver a training if it doesn't benefit Certain Change but the only way to benefit us is to make sure you get the training you really need. 

We WON'T do tick the box training, we WON'T grab a contract and throw away our principles but we WILL act for a company in the same way we act for our own.
