Who are we?

Certain Change was set up in 2002 by Stephen Bates and Melissa Fairhurst to provide a unique approach to training and development with the aim of helping you solve your business problems.  

Stephen is responsible for all product development, coaching and training and works with both individuals and companies from one man band start ups to large organisations.

Melissa's role is running the systems and administrative side of the business.

We also work with a number of associates, all of whom are experts in their field, be it networking, HR, recruitment or supply chain, who provide training and support for companies when the need arises.
